Mon and Weds, 12:30 PM. Age 2-5
For parents of 2-5 year olds, we’re offering a virtual story time every Monday and Wednesday, now at 12:45pm on Facebook Live. No password necesssary; just join us and enjoy the story!
Morning sessions provide connection and normalcy at the start of the day, with topics to deepen kids' natural curiosity and appreciation for the nature outside their home.
Won't You Be My Neighbor?
9:30-10:15 AM daily, Grades 1-3
Being a great neighbor means being kind and respectful. Knowing the names of those you live near, sharing our abundance, and lending a hand sometimes too.
In our time together we’ll learn about some local bird, animal, and plant neighbors, including who they are, what they eat, and any special friendships they have with each other. We’ll also talk about how you can be the best neighbor possible to our wild friends, because each of them plays a valuable role in our complex ecosystem.
9:30-10:15 AM daily, Grades 4-6
Some kids just need to work with their hands. Making things with our hands out of natural and found materials is a great way to start the day and help transition into a learning space.
Using common items from yards and recycle bins, Eric will guide a craft and discussion for kids in ways to build a future of lower waste, higher resiliency and stronger friendships.
Weekly sessions Join us for weekly afterschool role play, or schedule your own series of archery lessons in your yard!
Weds 3:30-5:00 PM, Grades 1-5
Anyone who has joined our fantasy themes summer programs knows the magic that goes into a tabletop roleplaying game. Anyone who has played them knows that most can be a little complex for kids.
